My sessions are relaxed, structured, and tailored to each student. I combine practical coaching tools with a strong understanding of how stress, pressure, and past experiences can affect focus, confidence, and motivation.
Sessions typically include:
Space to talk through what’s currently feeling challenging or stuck
Clear, practical guidance around goals, decisions, and next steps
Simple tools to support focus, emotional regulation, and confidence
Gentle reflection that helps students understand their patterns without judgement
I draw on over 20 years’ experience working with young people and adults in mental health, alongside my training in post-trauma growth and integrative approaches. This means I work at a pace that feels safe and supportive, while still helping students move forward in meaningful ways.
My coaching is not about “fixing” people or pushing them harder. It’s about creating the right conditions for learning, confidence, and clarity to return. Students often tell me they leave sessions feeling calmer, more focused, and clearer about what they want and how to take their next steps.
