TESOL Early Years teacher for non-native speakers

I love teaching English to early years learners and make use of creative ways to make understanding and learning more fun. I am good at teaching through games and story-building which has proven to be quite useful in understanding the language for non-native speakers. I do not encourage the 'Chalk & Talk' method but rather let children learn from practical experiences. While in Hong Kong, I taught English using Jolly phonics in Nursery setting which included lots of singing, stories and fun.Its always important to make the student feel comfortable and let him learn using a variety of tools and techniques.
