Advert description
I have a strong academic background in Psychology (Upper 2:1 BSc and current MSc in Investigative & Forensic Psychology) and experience supporting vulnerable individuals in voluntary roles, which has developed my communication, empathy, and ability to explain complex ideas clearly. I am confident teaching core areas such as cognitive, biological, social, developmental, and forensic psychology, as well as research methods, statistics, and exam skills for GCSE, A-Level, university students, and adult learners.
In my lessons, I focus on understanding each student’s goals and current level, then break down topics into clear, manageable steps using real examples and past paper questions. I encourage active learning through discussion, guided practice, and regular feedback, helping students build confidence, improve their critical thinking, and develop effective strategies for revision and exams.
