I love the idea of teaching, the notion of creating great partnerships with people and by working together creating a better learning environment. I listen and communicate, as no amount of sitting in a chair waiting for students to finish writing pages and pages will ever be a great learning environment. You need to sit there with them and guide them; learning isn't just reading and copying its about having a good guide, I believe in that.
