Online Personal Trainer - providing plans & coaching

I have been working as a Personal Trainer & Online Coach for 4 years. I have taken every type of client i can think of, overweight, underweight, healthy weight but skewed body composition, male and female. I have had lots of positive reviews, as well as lots of like changing results in my time working with clients.

My strengths include, my knowledge as a nutritionist. I can tailor my dietary advice based on an individuals needs, rather than just generic diet advice. I can also tailor training plans to the needs of an individual, based on exercises they dont like, and pre existing injuries. I also was the certified sport expert at Holland and Barrett, qualified to advise in all supplements they have.
