GCSE and A Level Computer Science Tutor | First Class Cloud Computing Graduate

I am a dedicated Computer Science tutor specialising in GCSE and A Level support. I studied Computer Science at college and went on to achieve a First Class Honours degree in Cloud Computing. Alongside my academic background, I work professionally in the technology field, which allows me to combine strong subject knowledge with real world understanding.

I have experience supporting learners with a wide range of abilities, from students who feel confident but want to push for higher grades, to those who feel stuck or overwhelmed by the subject. I understand that Computer Science can feel complex, so my aim is always to make lessons clear, structured, and approachable.

My teaching method focuses on breaking topics down into simple steps and explaining concepts in plain language. Lessons are closely aligned to exam board specifications and past paper questions, so students understand exactly what is expected in exams. I place a strong emphasis on exam technique, helping students learn how to structure answers and pick up marks confidently.

I am patient, supportive, and adaptable in my approach. Lessons are tailored to each student’s pace and learning style, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and practise skills without pressure. I believe confidence is key to success, and I work to create a calm learning environment where students feel comfortable and motivated.

My goal is to help students not only improve their grades, but also feel more confident and capable in Computer Science.
