I will be active and engaged with any student, learning about how to best develop their knowledge and adapt lessons accordingly. In the first few lessons I will get a sense of the students' level and plan lessons as such. Student engagment is key, and as any good teacher will tell you, their feedback and updates are invaluable. I will champion this and ensure that they are able to thrive by having a strong working relationship with both the tutee and parents.
