Chemistry teacher providing lessons for student at all ages (10-18)

Having completed my studies in chemistry at the University of Manchester with First Class Honours, and with experience tutoring students at IGCSE, IB, and A-level, I am eager to support learners in building both confidence and strong subject knowledge in chemistry.

Over the past several years, I have worked with students from diverse educational backgrounds, tailoring lessons to their unique goals — whether that was strengthening exam technique, revising core concepts, or exploring advanced topics. My tutoring style is interactive and student-centred: I use online tools such as Zoom Whiteboard, OneNote, and BitPaper to create engaging lessons where students actively participate in problem solving. Many of my students have gone on to achieve high grades and develop a genuine interest in chemistry, which I consider my greatest success.

Beyond subject expertise, I bring patience, clear communication, and strong organisational skills. I understand that every student learns differently, and I take pride in adjusting my teaching methods to suit individual needs. My aim is always to make chemistry both accessible and enjoyable, breaking down complex topics into manageable steps while encouraging curiosity and critical thinking.
