Biology Tutor Offering Lessons to Students of all Ages

Dear Hiring Manager,

I was excited to see your advertisement for a part time tutor as I am looking to launch my career and gain work experience having recently graduated with a First Class Integrated Masters Degree in Biology and the University of Leeds.

My past experiences include working in small groups at Healthwatch Trafford, where I helped to raise awareness for teenagers and children with health issues. At Lancashire Wildlife Trust I took responsibility for large groups of children at a summer school and gained experience in supervising, teaching, and entertaining the children. The ranger asked me to return the following year due to my great performance.

My general work experience and time at University has made me capable of communicating well within teams where I have been able to plan, pitch, and brainstorm ideas, sharing knowledge and working collaboratively with children and adults alike at all levels.

I hope that by becoming a tutor I can put my knowledge and skills to good use by supporting students in science and especially biology.
