I believe that learners have different learning styles and so should have different teaching methods too. Hence, as a teacher, I would like to tailor make lesson to ensure that there’s something for everyone in it

I have been teaching in a school and also given private tuitions. From my experience, I know that each child understands the same concept differently and so it is important to customise the lesson accordingly. I include HOTS questions for above average learners and practice questions for the below average ones. This helps everyone feel like they’ve absorbed all that is from the topic
