I can teach according to the specification for a set of exams or according to a passion. My approach will break down concepts into their fundamental parts and utilize empirical data to support claims and provide citations for an exam. I will explain concepts and terms using simple, accessible language and demonstrate their application to a set of questions. Students will then analyse this worked example to develop their critical thinking and awareness of the specific demands of any given question. I will provide detailed and specific criticisms that will further encourage students to develop their critical thinking which ensures competency across the academic field, beyond psychology.
