I’m a friendly, patient and adaptable Mandarin teacher who wants to making language learning engaging and accessible for everyone.

I’m fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese and have a First Class degree in Linguistics and the English Language, and I have a qualification in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language. I have experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and adapting my communication style to different audiences, which I bring into my teaching. I tailor my lessons to each student’s level, goals and learning style. I use a practical approach alongside structured work on pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar and listening. I aim to create am encouraging environment where you can build your confidence through regular practice.
