I'll do this by sharing my top 3 ideologies: 1. My student is a person, not a just task or a checklist. 2. Holistic support yields the best results! 3. In any way I can, I try to make learning feel natural, and less like an obstacle and if possible get to like the subject. I've had a few students that wouldn't even open the book and didn't mind failing the subject, and I helped them to turn things around and even score a few 'A's by the end of the year. I'm truly motivated by and invested in my student's success, in all it's different forms. Most of all, I'm tenacious and I'll work assiduously alongside them.
