I approach all teaching from the point of view of the pupil. The beauty of tutoring is that I can be completely adaptable to the needs of the pupil. I use evidence based approaches to ensure pupils achieve secure learning that lasts over time. My core experience is working with pupils with SEND/SEMH needs and generally seek to provide a high challenge, low stakes learning environment.
