I am experienced in large group classroom teaching and one-on-one tutoring specified to the student's needs

I have over three years of classroom and tutoring experience. I worked as a Secondary Language Acquisition teacher dispatched by the Tokushima City Educational Research Center and taught students from first grade of elementary school to third grade of middle school. I can create original lesson plans based on a prescribed syllabus, follow premade lesson plans or tailor private lessons to the needs of an individual. I am confident in supporting learners and adapting to specific learning styles or goals. As an educator with experience in public schools and classes of all sizes I am adaptable and comfortable with changing my lesson plans on the fly if it does not suit my student's needs.
