I am a classroom teacher with a full time experience of over 5 years. In my years of working in a public school setting, I've come to identify the differences in learning abilities of individuals and the need to tailor learning to individual learners capability. I create teaching guides that best soothes my student. I don't just teach, I guide my students to understand and relate their learning to their environment by identifying specific aids and learning tools.
