I am an experienced Childline Counsellor and a current MSc Psychology of Mental Health student. I want to help you feel less weighed down by stress and more self confident in your ability to reach your goals. By create a trusting relationship where you feel safe to talk about any issues you are facing my service aims to help you break problems down until they become manageable. We will discuss what is in your control and what isn't- helping you feel more clear headed. From this place of understanding we will make a plan of action and discuss any challenges that may arise when moving forward. I will then be on hand to aid you in the implementation of your goals and to discuss any issues that arise along the way.
