I would describe myself as a bubbly and friendly person and my lessons are aimed at students aiming to travel or live in Brazil.

If you are a visual learner who enjoys interactive lessons that are well organised and get you speaking Brazilian Portuguese within the first lesson, please reach out to me! I love using real life scenarios, such as a virtual walk through Feira da Gloria market in Rio de Janeiro, to get you to practice speaking, learning new vocabularies and also formal and informal speaking. In class you will find that we utilise music, literature and novelas to expand your listening, oral, reading and writing skills. My favourite aspect of teaching you Portuguese is that I always implement the cultural element to get a full rounded knowledge of the language and be motivated to learn; One of my favourite, being Samba and Carnaval! I have a BA Modern languages in Spanish and Portuguese from QMUL and have lived in Rio since 2023, having done an exchange at PUC Rio. My love for teaching Portuguese started in 2025 and I have taught over 40 students from over 10 countries.
