My career has been anything but a straight line – shaped by what I enjoyed rather than carefully planned. At school, my careers advice was about what I was not good going to achieve rather than what I did – I wasn’t the clever one; I muddled through embracing mediocre and scrapping through.

Yet, here I am 30 years later, I’ve a successful career working in healthcare, science, business and charities, leading teams, and coaching people. I know it can be hard to have a plan, know what you are good at and keep moving forward. But I also know that there will be much to celebrate and enjoy along the way.

I’ve work with 6th form students and graduates helping them navigate choices about education and early careers, build confidence, understand their transferable skills and write CVs that show who they are and what they can really offer.

As an experienced coach and thinking partner my coaching provides a confidential and safe space in which to be open about your ideas and ambitions.
