I taught TEFL for four years, but my passion is in enhancing self-esteem, particularly amongst teens and tweens and I have developed workshops around this. My position as founder and managing consultant with Sterling Communication CC, required a high level of professional discretion, tact and integrity due to the regular exposure to confidential data. As president of the ACT toastmasters club, I was involved in youth leadership programmes and observed the growth of young people as they developed and honed their communication and leadership skills through our programmes.
