I teach with compassion, having been through my own challenging journey of change. There is a lightness and presence which is felt and puts the client at ease, creating a safe space to explore topics together. I like to start sessions with a few moments of informal mindfulness to settle into the space, before moving into exploring the needs of the client for our time and building from there.
