Turning "I don't get it" into "I've got this!" Maths tutoring (Grades 7–10) and College Accounting .

As a lecturer in Statistics and Actuarial Science , I know where students get stuck, and I know how to get them unstuck. For Grade 7–10 Maths students, I build strong foundations in number work, algebra, geometry and problem-solving. I start by finding the gaps, then explain each idea step by step with clear examples and plenty of guided practice until it clicks. Lessons are patient, encouraging and focused on real understanding, not just memorising, so students gain the confidence to tackle exams and homework on their own. For college Accounting students, I break down topics such as double entry, financial statements, ratios and business finance into simple, logical steps. I connect the numbers to real business situations so the subject makes sense and sticks. Every lesson is tailored to the student's level, pace and goals, whether that's catching up, keeping up or aiming for top grades.
