Teaching is a way of impacting someone's life. I have had the experience of teaching English to students from different countries and usually most students struggle with the fear of making mistakes or the fear of what if I don't say the sentence correctly. My teaching style usually focuses on identifying the fear, acknowledging that its there and working on how to overcome it in the form of step by step goals which the student will need to commit to achieving. These goals will work towards overcoming the fear and also achieving the ultimate goal which can be fluency, pronunciation, speaking the language with confidence,etc.
