I like teaching to students and learning from them

I begin by identifying each learner's level, needs and motivation, whether for work, study, travel or exams such as IELTS, and plan purposeful lessons. I use a communicative approach, with discussions, role-plays and authentic materials, so learners practise English in real-life situations, while developing accuracy in grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. I create a respectful, supportive atmosphere where mistakes are part of learning, and I give constructive feedback. I monitor progress regularly, adapt my teaching to different needs, and encourage independent learning through study strategies, resources and educational technology.
