As a teacher of English as a foreign language to school aged children, its important to teach how we learn and also offer incentives to learning a new language. The key words for me as a teacher are discovery and immersion. I believe that as a teacher we exchange ideas and knowledge, rather than transfer. We learn from each other and together.
