I teach by breaking things down into simple steps and checking the student’s understanding as we go.

My teaching approach is student-centred. I start by assessing what the student already knows. I explain topics in simple, manageable chunks and make sure to give real examples. I ask questions throughout to check understanding, not to catch them out but to support them.I always create a positive, supportive environment so the student feels confident asking questions and learning from mistake
