Helping Children Build Confidence, Resilience & Positive Learning Habits

I support children and teenagers who need extra encouragement, guidance, and someone who believes in them.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education and have experience supporting children and young people in educational settings, including students with different learning and support needs. I have also worked in people-focused roles where building trust, understanding individual needs, and helping people navigate challenges has been at the heart of my work.

I can support students who:

• Have lost confidence in their abilities
• Feel overwhelmed by schoolwork or homework
• Struggle with motivation, focus, or organisation
• Feel anxious about school
• Are finding it difficult to settle in or make friends
• Feel isolated or disconnected at school
• Are adjusting to a new school, country, or learning environment
• Need encouragement, structure, and positive support

My sessions are supportive, patient, and tailored to each student’s individual needs. I focus not only on academic progress but also on helping students build confidence, resilience, independence, and positive learning habits.

As a native Lithuanian speaker who has studied and worked internationally, I understand the challenges that can come with adapting to new environments and building confidence in unfamiliar situations.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and encouraging space where students feel comfortable being themselves, asking questions, sharing challenges, and building confidence. Sometimes children find it difficult to express their worries about school, friendships, confidence, or learning. I aim to be a trusted and positive source of support, helping students feel understood, encouraged, and more confident in navigating the challenges they face both inside and outside the classroom.
