I am a sports coaching graduate with a passion for teaching, health and fitness. My lessons are tailored to all ability.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science from Cardiff University in the UK. I have over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, including 2 years working as an online remote personal trainer. I've worked in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. My background in sport is rugby union which I played to a semi professional standard and cricket which I played to a county level. My hobbies are Surfing, hiking and fishing.
