I am a self-motivated teacher. I am result-oriented and always ready to learn a better way to teach. I teach with optimism, and my students are the prime focus of every activity that takes place in my class. I make sure no student is left out.

I teach by getting to know each of my students well (academic potential, etc.) so I can plan a well-tailored lesson for them all. Whenever I am teaching, I believe that no matter the situation, there is a better way to teach every individual student. I prefer to assess what the student already knows so that I can build my new lesson on their previous knowledge. I also prefer to involve students a lot in my lessons so that, through practice, each student can 'own' the topic being studied. I prefer to give students chances from time to time to ask questions so that no student loses track of what we are learning along the way. Above all, I prefer my learning environment to be welcoming and interesting so that students will always looking forward to joining my class.
