As a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) student at Jinnah Sindh Medical University and got graduated, I bring a strong foundation in health sciences, clinical knowledge, and a deep passion for education.

Over the past few years, I have actively engaged in teaching and public health awareness. As a freelance health educator, I’ve conducted both in-person and online sessions on posture, bone health, and female rehabilitation. I’ve also created digital content—carousels, infographics, and educational videos—on my platform “Nutribone Health,” designed to simplify complex medical topics for diverse audiences.

My teaching assistantship during university involved peer-led sessions where I presented case studies, explained musculoskeletal and ergonomic principles, and supported junior students in understanding movement science. I consistently aim to deliver evidence-based, engaging, and student-friendly education.

In addition to my teaching skills, I serve as the Information Secretary for the Pakistan Physio Society Karachi Chapter, where I coordinate educational activities and awareness programs. This role reflects my commitment to community involvement and academic development.
