David is immensely passionate about art and about helping people discover the beauty of exploring the gift of creativity held in all of us. I would highly recommend him as a facility group leader/tutor.

David weJohn tovey when I was homeless in the winter night shelter and for years after was very inspirational and inspiring. I didn’t have a passion for art but his passion story and emotions that sing within his art ( my most proudest day was his army badge poetic artistic day. David has many of Pieces from heart wrenching topics such as homelessness, drug addiction, war, loss of friends But the creative genius He has never lost within him He is a genius mastermind and masterpiece exclusive Maybe David’s art style isn’t everybody’s art style but he taught me there absolutely a art style mine was graffiti art his was opposite Pandoras arts ( well gods gift of art) was drawing faces) but David taught that I was the most disengaged ( ask David about this) about art classes but his perseverance and passion and personality which matches made me more enthusiastic ever He’s a breathe of fresh but honest air more people need to be like him

He has really good ideas and doesn’t make you feel like you’re under pressure. Every class is a fun class & he also listens to my ideas & helps with my artwork.

David worked well with the cohort. He engaged them well and they felt relaxed in his company. He motivated them and they were happy to create really nice pieces of art. They look back on his sessions with fondness and joy.

David is such fun to host in school and our children can not help but learn from him. David has worked with every year group. Our children thought he was brilliant and learnt so much. He has spoken in assemblies, talked to our children about art he has had commissioned at the Saatchi Gallery and invited classes to visit him there which we did. Our children worked with him on materials and for our art week, he put a whole print together. Having David in school is great, not only because he is so inspiring for our children but he is flexible, kids love him and his creativity is captivating. I wouldn’t hesitate to have him back in any of the schools I work in and would happily recommend him to anyone.
