I will create a warm, supportive and non-judgmental space where students feel comfortable being honest about what they are finding difficult. Each session will be personalised to the student’s individual goals, challenges and learning style. I will help students understand what may be affecting their motivation, confidence or academic performance before teaching them practical strategies to move forward. This could include goal-setting, time management, creating effective routines, overcoming procrastination and developing more positive learning habits. My sessions will combine open conversation, reflective questions and practical exercises. Together, we will agree manageable actions for the student to take between sessions and regularly review their progress. My aim is for every student to leave feeling clearer, more confident and equipped with strategies they can continue using independently.
