Teaching English to non-native students has been my professionalism for over a decade. I adopt diverse pedagogies, namely student-centred, activity approach, outcome-based method, to assist students to improve their English proficiency and cater for their learning needs, based on their learning styles and personality traits. It is demonstrated by my rich teaching experience to primary, secondary schools, and adult students in the tertiary sector. I understand the expectations from the students and successfully help them to produce quality assignments and perform well in assessments. At the end, it proves to be a win-win result as my students commented on my teaching proficiency very positively and in return, I find my teaching career meaningful and rewarding.
