As an accomplished student, researcher, and educator with my Master of Arts in Psychology, I am confident in tutoring most any psychology course. I value providing diverse minds with learning experiences that lead them to feel school is a powerful and encouraging place to be.

I have demonstrated a history of teaching experiences specifically in the field of psychology as well as in other fields. I have taught the following classes: Methods and Statistics in Psychological Research, Introductory Psychology, Women of Color, and Introduction to Women’s Movements. I have completed a wide range of psychology, health, and women's studies courses in my academic career such as Social Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Behavioral Neuroscience, Personality Psychology, Human Sexuality, Psychology of Women, Evolutionary Psychology, etc., and feel confident in tutoring for any of them.

Additionally, I took a course in both my undergraduate and graduate career on how to teach psychology, providing me knowledge and training on effective ways to teach others learning about psychology.

My experiences with people of different backgrounds allows me to effectively communicate and collaborate with others from various diversities. I will work hard to ensure the students I teach feel respected and are inspired within their academic journey.
