Muwen Zhang

Hello! I’m currently completing an MSc in Clinical Psychotherapy at King’s College London, with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology and experience working in both clinical and educational settings. Throughout my studies and placements, I have supported children, young people and adults, which has strengthened my ability to explain psychological concepts clearly while adapting to different learning styles.

I believe Psychology is much more than memorising theories—it’s about understanding human behaviour and learning how research connects to real life. My lessons are designed to make complex topics easy to understand through clear explanations, real-world examples and interactive discussion. Whether you need help understanding research methods, preparing for exams or improving essay-writing skills, I aim to help you build both confidence and genuine interest in the subject.

My lessons are suitable for GCSE, A-Level and undergraduate Psychology students, as well as adult learners who are studying Psychology for personal interest or professional development. I can support students with cognitive, developmental, biological, social and clinical psychology, as well as research methods and statistics. Every lesson is tailored to your individual goals and learning pace, creating a supportive environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and developing your understanding.
