I have first hand personal experience with managing stress, procrastination, and poor well-being habits which have shaped my university years as I have learnt to work with my own ADHD. My Bachelor's at King's College London has given me a strong knowledge base of ways to maximise our productivity and look after mental health. I am passionate about nutrition and findings ways to increase physical activity because I have experienced the benefits of this first hand.
I want to hear about what matters to you and what you feel may be holding you back, discovering other habits or mindsets that you also may not be aware of. We will have sessions that fit you and your goals, and I will be your benchmark and motivation to keep working towards what matters to you. Whether it is academic stress, poor time management, uncertainty about the future, poor physical or mental health this is a space for you.
