Hello I am Diego Rullo, a SEN friendly Personal trainer with over 2 years of experience already at the young age of just 18, I am based in North London and specialise in bodybuilding training as well as complete beginners. I will build a customised plan for you as well as meal preparations tailored to your specific goals (eg: to gain or loose weight- something I will provide insights into based on current physique). I have experience with both Female and Male clients and can provide online plans however prefer in person training as it is what I am specialised in.
