I am a dedicated and passionate professional in the field of education, committed to fostering individual
growth through learning. With over twenty years of experience across both formal and informal educational settings in Naples, Florence and London, I have cultivated a deep understanding of the developmental stages of learning, the importance of clear communication, and the individual needs of students.
My solid academic background and ongoing professional development in primary education have
continually enriched my teaching practice. I also have experience working with children with SEN and SEND, and I am familiar with the use of Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans for children and young people with complex needs. I understand how these plans outline specific requirements and support strategies, and I work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure they are followed effectively as part of a collaborative team approach.
Throughout my career, I have remained committed to creating a positive and effective learning environment by motivating students, recognising their efforts and progress, and nurturing their confidence through strong and trusting relationships. After two years at my current school, I feel ready to embrace a new challenge where I can continue to grow professionally and contribute meaningfully to a new learning community.
