I support students/ adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, uncertain about their future, struggling with confidence, motivation, focus, or finding direction. Through a supportive and empowering coaching approach, I help them identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, set meaningful goals, and develop practical strategies to move forward.
