Hi, I'm Mika a certified Japanese teacher from Saitama.
I'm nervous about speaking Japanese.
If that's how you feel, my lessons are for you.
I provide a safe and supportive environment where beginners can learn at their own pace. My goal is to help you say, "I could say it!" and "I could communicate!" in every lesson.
Making mistakes is part of learning. Take your time—we'll learn together.

📚 Lesson Contents
I mainly teach beginner and elementary learners (JLPT N5–N4) using GENKI and my own materials.
I help you turn "Japanese you know" into "Japanese you can use."
You'll practice using new grammar and expressions in conversation so you can speak more naturally and confidently.

🌱 My Teaching Style
Lessons are mainly in Japanese using simple language.
I use pictures and examples to make learning easy.
English support is available whenever needed.

10 years of hotel experience in Tokyo
6 years in international trade administration
Completed a Japanese language teacher training program
Completed an online Japanese teacher training course
Experience teaching Japanese through language exchange

I have also studied English, German, and Chinese, so I understand both the fun and the challenges of learning a new language.
I enjoy musicals, TV dramas, karaoke, and talking about Japanese culture.
