Advert description
I have a Master’s degree in History from University College London and a degree in History and Politics from University of Warwick. Through my academic and professional experience, I have developed strong communication, research, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to explain complex ideas in a clear and accessible way. As a native English speaker, I am confident teaching students of all ages and adapting lessons to suit different learning styles, abilities, and goals.
My background in history and politics has strengthened my ability to encourage critical thinking, discussion, and curiosity, which I believe are essential in creating an engaging and productive learning environment. In both my studies and professional roles, I have regularly worked with people from a wide range of cultural and professional backgrounds, helping me to communicate patiently, clearly, and effectively.
I am passionate about helping students build both confidence and fluency in English, whether they are looking to improve conversational skills, grammar, pronunciation, reading comprehension, or academic writing. I aim to create lessons that are supportive, interactive, and tailored to each student’s individual needs and interests, ensuring that learning remains enjoyable as well as effective.
