Olá! I'm Mikaelle, a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker and qualified languages teacher with six years of classroom experience. I hold a Teaching Degree in Languages (Portuguese, English and Arts) and I'm currently doing a postgraduate course in Literature.
I've taught learners of all ages, from children to adults, including Portuguese for adult learners in São Paulo. My lessons are personalised to your level and goals, whether you're starting from zero, preparing for a trip to Brazil, or want to speak more naturally. Because I also teach English, I understand the challenges English speakers face when learning Portuguese.
I bring Brazilian culture into every class through music, literature and everyday expressions, so you learn the language as it's really spoken. I create my own materials and keep lessons friendly, structured and fun.
