Medical student, studying a Masters in Paediatrics, motivated to support students primary to A-level, especially with science.

My sessions will be based around the topics that students want to work on and the study approaches that work for them. I start my sessions by understanding what you already know about the topic and any problems or areas that you want to work on, by discussing this and attempting some informal starter questions. As well as going through content together and breaking down complex material into more manageable steps, we can work through some exam style questions to help strengthen your understanding, build your confidence and develop exam technique throughout your studies. Questions are welcome throughout the session and I am always happy to try a different approach if you're finding a topic particularly challenging. At the end there will be time for any final questions and feedback on how you found the session so that you can get the most out of our time together and appreciate the progress that you've made.
