Maths tutor providing tutoring for children of all ages

I studied Economics for my bachelor's and currently studying Master in Education, both at University College London. I've always enjoyed maths and was excited about learning different approaches to maths problems. I have done several maths tutoring in the past few years, and I have also previously worked as a Maths teacher in a secondary school in Hong Kong. It has been very enjoyable, especially being able to help the students reach the grades they need.

It is more than just teaching them the correct answers, but making sure the students understand why that is the answer and is able to guide them there. I will help the students to break the questions down, and help them to see that all maths questions can be tackled easily with the proper exam techniques. I also hope to help the students gain more confidence in facing their maths problems. I found that doing past papers was a great way to practise as I'd be able to highlight which areas I am struggling in and look into that topic for revision.
