Maths teacher for gcse maths and a level maths

I achieved an A* in A-Level Mathematics and also completed my GCSEs two years before taking my A-Levels, so I have recent experience with both GCSE and A-Level Maths. I understand the struggles that students can face when learning Maths, especially when a topic does not initially make sense or when preparing for difficult exams. Having gone through these challenges myself, I understand how important it is to have someone explain things clearly and patiently.

As a tutor, I would aim to break down difficult topics into simpler steps, adapt my explanations to the individual student and help build both their understanding and confidence. I also have a strong understanding of exam technique and problem-solving, which are essential for achieving high grades in Maths.
