I match with the students level and create a well thought through plan to achieve higher results

I will make resources and a timetable for the student to keep up with. I will spend time focusing on helping them understand the concepts and then build their understanding by going from easy to hard questions. I will also allow them to walk me through questions on their own so i can understand their thinking and see where I can help.
