I used to struggle in school because my teachers didn't understand what ADHD meant and how it shows up. I needed supports that they didn't know how to give and through my coaching, I aim to learn more about you and what your needs are, as well as highlighting your strengths. Making sessions fun and engaging are equally as important in understanding the concepts. I draw a lot of my teaching style through Executive Function strategies, as this is one of my specialisations.
