My Mandarin classes provide immersive and dynamic language learning for both adults and children, combining practical language acquisition with deep cultural insights. As a Mandarin A-certified educator, I create interactive and student-centred lessons that build real fluency through conversation practice, role-play, and multimedia resources. For beginners, I focus on clear pronunciation and everyday vocabulary using TPR (Total Physical Response), while advanced learners develop confidence through discussions, debates, and analysis of authentic Chinese materials.
I fully tailor lessons to individual goals: business professionals working in or with China practise industry-specific dialogue and professional communication, while children learn through stories, songs, crafts, and cultural topics such as festivals and traditional tales. To enrich learning, I integrate cultural elements including calligraphy, etiquette, and comparisons between Chinese and Western perspectives.
I offer both online and in-person lessons across London, using digital flashcards, interactive whiteboards, and in-person conversation tools to maintain high engagement.
