Duygu is an independent filmmaker and playwright. She was nationally shortlisted as a playwright by Nilüfer Belediye and Mitos Boyut in 2018 and as a screenwriter by "!f Istanbul Festival" !fX Lab in 2019. After participating in writers’ rooms for a while, she wanted to pursue her own cinema and completed an M.A. in Screenwriting at London Film School in 2021, being selected as one of the most outstanding students.
