Hi, I’m Meike – and I get what it’s like to feel a bit lost when thinking about the future.

Back when I was at school and even during uni, I didn’t always know what I wanted my life or career to look like. But over time, I figured it out – and now I help others do the same.

After completing my BSc in Sociology & Psychology at the University of Greenwich, I was elected Students’ Union President twice. I spent those years mentoring students and fellow officers – helping them turn their ideas into action. That’s when I discovered my passion: supporting people to find clarity, set meaningful goals, and build a plan that actually works.

Since then, I’ve built a career in leadership coaching, diversity & inclusion, and helping teams and individuals unlock their full potential.
